Hello Experts,
What is the limit of Service Tax for a Consultancy Services. If a person registered for Service Tax in the month of January, 2011 and before getting Service Tax number, he provided services of Rs. 10 lakh and after getting the Service Tax Number he raised a invoice of Rs. 1 Lakh and charged service tax @ 10.3%.
How much amount he should be paid to the as Service Tax to Department.
