Limit of remunderation for the finaancial yr 2010-2011

14 September 2011 Dear Sir,

As for the disclosure in Director Report, the limit of remuneration of the employee's has increased from Rs. 2,00,000 to 5,00,000 per month or Rs. 60,00,000 per annum
Sir, pl explain whether it will be applicable in the financial yr 2010-2011 or not.

14 September 2011 Not applicable, Disclosure of employee’s in the Directors report, as per MCA circular the changes shall apply, with effect from 01.04.2011, mean F.Y 2011-2012.

15 September 2011 sry, the MCA circular comes with effect from 1.04.2011, so its applicable for F.Y 2010-2011, bcoz for the F.Y 2010-2011, the accounts are adopted by AGM 2011, so it will applicable for the F.Y 2010-2011.so the directors report include the changes as per MCA Circular.,
