For starting the manufacturing business, following business License are required in India. 1. FSSAI License as per the guidiness and standard set by the Food authority of India 2. Import Export Code if Company wants to expand the business to abroad or export the business Manufacturer can also apply for trademark as it would have the unique brandname of Food manufacturer Manufacturer has to apply for GST Registration no.
