BUT HUSBAND IS ALSO TRANSFERRING FUNDS TO HIS WIFE ACCOUNT FROM HIS BANK ACCOUNT.THEN CAN'T HE CLAIM THE PREMIUM AGAINST THAT TRANSFER.
