According to Mega exemption list & notification (25/2012), Health care services are exempted from service tax .I am An authorized medical practitioner so it should be exempted. Nowhere it is written that providing services to a private company is not exempted. If you are talking abour scientific and technical consultant (annexure 1) , doctors are in that category., So please inform under what clause it should not be exempted. thanks
