Pepsi cold drink manufacturing at home than sale it at shops and its annual sales is approximate Rs. 6 to 7 Lacs it will be liable for excise duty.

Dear
you are not liable for the excise duty if the items is unbranded.
But if the item is manufactured under some established brand name(i.e pepsi, coke, parle etc.) then exise duty applicable on sale from Re.1.
