I want to know,in case of company, who is liable to file income tax return of salaries employees, company or employee.

ITR is to be filed by the assessee.The employee has to file returns. The responsibility of the company is to deduct tax at source

The Company has to file ITR for its business, and employees are liable to file ITR (if exceeds the prescribed limits)for their salary income earned from company/employer.
