I had Submitted application for conversion from IPCC to Direct entry IPCC in Aug 2013.
How do I know my Converson Status??
Does ICAI Used to Send Conversion letter or not?

well if exams happen in June, then you are eligible...as you will complete 9 months on 15 May...

no...exams are going to be in June this time because of general elections...
so, if exams are in June, you are eligible, but they by chance happen in May, then you are not...
also, please talk to the regional office of ICAI, in August 2012, they gave a relief to candidates who converted before sept 2012 to appear in May 13 even without completing 9 months...so please just check with ICAI regional office..

yes...exemption carry forward is available...
ICAI gave student relief for additional attempt wheren students who missed november 12 due to converion, were allowed to carry forward without counting nov 12 as an attempt..
i dont think they have extended the same for people who converted after sept 12...so most probably you will get the exemption for three immediate attempts from the attempt you got exemption in.
As I have said earlier, kindly do contact with ICAI regional office to ensure that there is no other concern and also verify what we have discussed above.

Same question raise to Examination Committe Noida through e sahayata ...they reply me saying
"you are not eligible to direct entry as you have already pass group II, so you have to appear for Group I under regular scheme."
Than i got shocked and i immediately reply with the Extract Answer to FAQ in ICAI to them , than they have not replied me again.
Thats why ...I have so much confusion regarding this.

Ya i have already got Article Registration letter also.
I have Visited to SIRC branch banglore. They also told me same as you have explain above.
Only thing i got shocked because of Reply from Examination Committee Noida.
