Recently my client got a letter from I. T. Dept., New Delhi inquiring information for the returns filed for the AY 2010-11 to AY 2012-13 (with a note that there was share transactions of more than Rs. 20,000/-). My client has not filed any of the I. T. Returns. Please guide what to do.
