Good afternoon sir/madam
I want to do admission in IPCC but my college is not giving me Leaving certificate/ Transfer certificate .
they tell me to bring a letter from ICAI then only they will give me TC
what can I do now where do i get Letter from

Hi Sajil,
If you are in Intermediate then you can apply directly after passing your examination with your marks memo
if you are in Degree final year still you can apply for provisional registration under direct entry scheme no need of TC for applying
