Less tds claim

04 December 2013 Hello friends, Dear Professional mates, if someone wants to claim less tds in ITR becuase he dosent have form 16 & his income tax site login id & passwords also arranged by others so he dont know id & password.... tds amount may be around 10000+ but we are claiming 6000 only in round figure because we neither have exact amount of tds deducted nor any way to find out his exact amount of tds deducted. now can we claim less tds because we dosent know exact amount of tds deducted in fy 11-12 or is there any way to find out his exact amount of tds deducted?????? now return which he is going to fill will be belated ?? will it create any problem?????kindly share your views and advice us. 04 December 2013 Dear Lokesh,

Kindly mail ur Assessee Name,fathers Name, DOB, PAN Number Register Address to validate@incometaxindia.gov.in

They will reset ur Password and revert to u by email.
Login with that and check with 26AS.

04 December 2013 we dont know email id from which first time registration was made ..... and they send id password on first time registration email id
