28 April 2012 when property is purchased by the huf, whose PAN No is to be mentioned in the agreement HUF PAN OR KARTA'S HUF?
why so?

29 April 2012 HUF's pan number. because information is used for AIR.

If property is purchased in HUF name and there funds are applied then AIR must be in HUF name.

06 May 2012 Yes it is HUF as the owner is HUF and not the Karta. If suppose the PAN of karta is given and karta expires then how you will alter new karts' PAN Number therefore it is necessary that you should give the PAN of HUF
