can anybody let me know what are all requirements ( such as approval from excise dept, forest dept etc.) of setting up of biri manufacturing company.

24 November 2010 As far as Excise formalities are concerned all beedi manufacturers are required to register under CentraL Excise at the concerned Central Excise Range... Exemption is available only upto 20,000 beedies per month only for HML beedies..
