Please anyone tell me that a legal notice made by a company can be be signed by an authorised signatory of the company on behalf of the company

According to law legally notice send to the principle officer of the company/unite , if due to any reason principle officer is not available then any other manager/ officer or employee of the company have authorize to receive and sing legally notice . but important think is that receiver is an employee of the company
