Can I file a legal case against a professional body like ICAI ? If yes , how do I go about it ? & Can I fight the case on my own behalf (like OMG) ?

yeah .. u r very much right .. but i have very strong evidences to prove their inefficiencies ... & the fun part is no is backin me to do it sayin that they may manipulate my Final CA result in future if this happens
