06 November 2012 Can I file a legal case against a professional body like ICAI ? If yes , how do I go about it ? & Can I fight the case on my own behalf (like OMG) ?

06 November 2012 yeah .. u r very much right .. but i have very strong evidences to prove their inefficiencies ... & the fun part is no is backin me to do it sayin that they may manipulate my Final CA result in future if this happens

btw for ur kind info , I have passed out both cpt n ipcc(rechecking) 1st attempt ... still U think it is out of frustration ?? & I think i'm doing it for others coming up .. sorry dont want to sound rude ...
