18 June 2013 For registering DSC as legal heir under e-filing income tax what does one mean by Legal Heir Certificate and from where the same can be obtained.

18 June 2013 1)Try with mandal revenue officer/thasildar, along with affidavit and death certificate. they will guide you on how to proceed . i found some application,

2)if it does not go with mandal revenue officer take some advocate help and file a petition for succession certificate in district civil court..

3)you may get any of the above ways
