I have received a legal exp bill for rs.40000/ from advocate under which legal fees is 30000/ and misc exp is 10000/. What will be the entry in tally.
Pl advise.

It is paid from company account and TDs is applicable if I do full entry in legal exp. Pl advise now.

17 October 2020 Yes, TDS applicable on full amount. Only actual reimbursement of expenses incurred on behalf of you allowed.
