I have received a legal exp bill for rs.40000/ from advocate under which legal fees is 30000/ and misc exp is 10000/. What will be the entry in tally.
Pl advise.

Treat entire expenses as legal expenses.

Yes, TDS applicable on full amount. Only actual reimbursement of expenses incurred on behalf of you allowed.
