19 September 2013 Sir i have started my articleship on 3.sep 2012. n took transfer on 31.8.2013. but my leaves for this much period is 332 days, due to my health issues. i want to know if my final attempt will get postpond or extention will be given..??

19 September 2013 1)eligible leave is 1/6th of actually worked

2)excess leave taken would be served in excess

3)however if your boss agreed to accept for less leave for disclosing to icai records,,you can appear for exam,,it all depends on your boss,conviince your boss to not to report excess leave and promise to work under him for leave taken in extra
