MY DECLARED HOME TOWN IS JALANDHAR. AT PRESENT I M IN RANCHI. MY NEAREST AIRPORT IS AMRITSAR. I M ENTITLED FOR AIR JOURNEY. MY QUERY IS CAN I CLAIM LTC FROM RANCHI TO DELHI THEN TO AMRITSAR BY AIR AND FROM AMRITSAR TO JALANDHAR BY TRAIN. AMRITSAR IS BEYOND JALANDHAR FRO THIS SIDE
