25 December 2013 Hi all, One of our clients has not availed the deduction of LTA since 2008. Yealy LTA around 200000/- Will he get the total LTA deduction for AY-2014-15 ? He is having two sons and one daughter apartment from his spouse. All childrens are below 14 years.

He can avail only two payment of LTA exemption for the block year 2009 to 2013.

He won't be able to claim any deductions w.r.t calender year 2008.
