an employee having 5 years and 6 months of service, with last drawn basic is 35800 and 10 months average basic is 35800. actual leave encashment received Rs. 57831/-. what going to be leave encashment in this case

It would depend upon the relevant rules of that particular organization as applicable in the instant case, further the amount so earned/due against such encashment is also subjected to various recoveries, shortfall of notice period and continuation period of service, etc. Hence without knowing the full facts, it would be difficult to rate/justify the amount so settled.
