Leave during intervening hoildays

06 June 2013 Dear Sir,

I need a clarification, whether intervening sundays and gazetted holidays during outside station audits can be set-off against the leave (in case of transfer or termination of articalship)

Kindly guide on this issue.

06 June 2013 IF YOU ARE WORKING HOLIDAYS(SUNDAYS AND OTHER HOLIDAYS) IS CONSIDERED AS WORKING DAYS

IF YOU ARE IN LEAVE IN THE SAME WAY (SUNDAYS AND OTHER HOLIDAYS ) ARE CONSIDERED AS IN LEAVE

06 June 2013 sir there is any clear cut clarification if i take leave from friday to monday.It will counted as 4 days leave.(Any institute Regulation/Carification in written)

06 June 2013 sir I have 1 more doubt. My office is in Orai. And I am on internal audit for appox 1 year.So, i need a clarification the intervening sundays and other hoildays will be counted as on duty. Because I am not at my hometown. I waste my sundays on my principle order. Please suggest me(Any institute clarification in written)

06 June 2013 it is not withstanding with where are you living in

if you have given leave letter from friday to monday leave will be caluculated as 4 days,,and no excuse in this regard

and if you have worked from friday to monday intervening holidays also considered as working days as per above notification of icai

06 June 2013 sir but number of hour should not exceed 45 hours per week in any case.Is it correct.

06 June 2013 total number of working hours should not be less than 45 hours, but maximum hours were not mentioned in ca regulations

But all these will go with principal and your firms rules,

if your boss accepted to give you credit for the work done for extra hours you can count it as working day..

it all depends with your boss if your boss said ok, all will be goes well
