Hello everyone,
could any one please let me know the difference between 'lease rent' and 'lease premium'.

Lease Rent is something you pay every year / month to the Lessor.
Lease Premium is a one time payment that you pay to obtain the lease.
E.g. You are leasing a land from Mr. X who says " Down payment 1 lac and annual rent 10,000". 1 lac is lease premium and 10,000 is lease rent.
Lease Premium is a one time payment that you pay to obtain the lease.
