18 November 2012 1 hello cci experts. i have written nov 2012 exam

2 i am sure that i ll not pass law n tax . As a result i ll fail in group 1

3 i m confident that i ll fail in itsm. As a result i ll fail i group 2.

4 i may get exemption in accs group 1.

5 can u please tell me hw to read law tax. For me these are the tough subjects

6 please suggest me a book on tax

7 i dont have capacity to read 800 pages. please suggest me ay book which has around 400 pages.

8 SERVICE TAX is NIGHTMARE for me in tax and in LAW -ETHICS AND COMM

The best thing for getting good marks in law is section wise reading ...READ AND WRITE ARE THE BEST THING IN REMEMBERING THE LAW ......SO YOU HAVE 6 MONTHS TIME NOW .START READING LAW FROM NOW ON ....

19 November 2012 do not try tp memorise the provisions rather understand the meaning with an example. Examples stay longer in the mind.

18 March 2013 Law is one of the most interesting subject you will come across in your course. Dont be scared of the number of pages. Everything has a logic which I am sure you will understand.

What you can do is study one chapter at a time in a fixed number of days(whatever suits you). Then once done move over to the next one. Dont try learning it up rather try to understand it. I think this should help.
