whether it is mandatory to learn all section no. in law and audit ?

N0, it is not mendatory to learn all sthe sections, but you can learn main main sections in law from sec. 254 to 329. and these section also covered your compant audit portion. however if you want than u can write in exam that as per company act 1956 the provision is .................but when u mention the particular section than it seems very good.
