i have registered for article ship as on 19.04.2013 but i did not submit the form 103 yet please provide the procedure for registration of articles and which documents i need to submit along with 103

Its been more than 2 years ??
It would be very very difficult for you to get it processed.
Even your principal would be subject to misconduct as it is a serious violation of ICAI guidelines.

Normally, if you did not send the Form 103 to ICAI within 30days, you got to pay penalty on it. Since its been more than 6 months, you will have to take a DD for Rs. 1,000/- in favor of 'The Secretary, ICAI (payable at the place in which your regional council office is situated.).
Along with a letter of condonation from you and your principal.
