Dear Sir,
If i Can't Subbmit My ER1 on Date of 10th of Next month.
Pls.guide me in that case.What Can i do.later date of 10 th for subbmition of ER 1 Return.

If you have to pay any dues then you have to pay with interest. Roughly it is 1000 per day or 1% per month whichever is higher.
If no duty has to be paid and only return has to be submitted then you should request for condonation of delay. The officer will charge compounding fine ranging from 1000 to 10000 depending on your input claim.

no worry,give some justify reason for delay request excise officer receive the return back date.
