a company has to file returns for 2 years, i.e, 2013 & 2014. Can I file the return for 2014 first & 2013 next month?
The company is not under tax audit. Is there any noncompliance if 2014 return is filed first

yes for ay 13-14 u can file upto 31.3.2015 u/s 139(4)
