Late payment of tds

I've passed a journal entry on 30-Oct-11 accordingly the TDS entry will also be passed irrespective of the payment made to the vendor. I wanted to know when is the last date payment of TDS without interest.

JAN & FEB MONTH TDS SHOULD BE DEPOSITED UPTO 7 TH OF MARCH.
30TH MARCH TDS SHOULD BE DEPOSITED BY 7 TH OF APRIL
AND REST 31ST MARCH TDS SHOULD BE DEPOSITED BY 15 TH OF MAY.

The payment of TDS has to be made within a week's time, not even a month. In my case it has to be paid before 7-NOV-11 is it true?

If the journal voucher is passed on 5-Nov-11, the TDS payment would be before 7-Dec-11 - is it true?
If Jv passed on 05-nov-2011, then 7th Dec2011.
