Can any one tell me dat can a nil return for A.y. 2010-11 be filed now as the last date of filing the return i.e. 31/03/2012 has gone ?
if not den can the next a.y. return can be filed directly i.e. a.y. 2011-12 ?

if your NIL return is for the F.Y. 2009-2010 then, its not mandatory to file but take all the records with you. you need to provide your NIL records just in case. you can file Return of F.Y. 2010-2011 on or before 31st March'2013 if NIL without penalty otherwise Penalty will attract
