A man was working in Hindustan Motors ltd. till 2006 and acoordingly his file was maintained by the co. itself. After leaving the job he invested all his money which he got from co. in a business in partnership and from thet point if time his file is not maintained . Now his business has suffered a huge loss. So to take loan from bank he want to update his file. I want to know how can he do that.

He can prepare his accounts for all these years and file IT return for last 2 assessment years.
