Late filling of return

Sir,
My return has been uploaded on 01/10/2013 that is one minute late after 30/09/2013. That one minute is due to slowdown of server. As date of digital sign appearing in ITR is 30/09/2013 and date of ITR is 01/10/2013. My return was loss return, so I will be allowed to c/f and setoff that losses?

As per my view your return is filed with in due date and eligible for carry forward of losses, because of you the proof to uploading of return with in due time but due to server busy it shall generated acknowledgement after the time even such time is delay by one minute, so it is normal case and no one shall object you and eligible for carry forward of losses.

Yes your return is within due date. So don't worry you will able to get Carry Forward and Set off.
