hello all,
can anyone tell me the late fees for filling form 2 ,return of allotment in case delay is of more than 90 days

Additional fee is 9 times of normal fee. Normal fee may be calculated as per sch X of the Co's Act,1956 which is based on the authorized capital of the company.

authorized capital is 50 lakhs, what will be the fees?

Please see from the fee calculator available in https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=15
which will be as follows-
i) Normal fee -- Rs. 500/-
ii) Addl. fee -- Rs.4,500/-
----------
Total -- Rs.5,000/-

which will be as follows-
i) Normal fee -- Rs. 500/-
ii) Addl. fee -- Rs.4,500/-
----------
Total -- Rs.5,000/-
