late fees for submission of 103

i m doing articleship since 3 month but i haven't submmit form 103. can any body tell me about the condonation fee for late submission of form 103?

The fees are as under:
For 30 days delay - Rs. 100/-
31 to 180 days delay - Rs. 300/-
181 and beyond delay - Rs. 1,000/-
For 30 days delay - Rs. 100/-
31 to 180 days delay - Rs. 300/-
181 and beyond delay - Rs. 1,000/-
