I have not filed GSTR 1 Monthly frm Aug to Nov 2017 for which the due date was 10.1.2018. In such case what will be the total late fees if i file GSTR 1 for all months frm Aug to Nov by today itself i.e. one day late. Please guide.

late filing fee for GSTR 1 is Rs 200 per day. In case your turnover is upto 1.5 crore you may opt for quarterly return.In that case for oct to dec quarter due date will be 15th feb. In case as you say monthly return your total late filing fee for 4 month for 2 days will be Rs 1600( i.e if you file on 12th jan)
