Dear Freinds & Professionals,
My company has not deposited the july month PF & ESI..so i want to know the practical steps to file The monthly PF-ECR & ESI-Return with interest..?
and 7Q and 14B which are showing on portal are not showing july month interest and damage charges till this date so how to fix this problem..and same problem on esi portal please suggest practical steps of portal step wise.

To rectify non-deposit of PF and ESI contributions for July, follow these steps: calculate interest and damages, generate a new challan, verify and submit the details, prepare the ECR, and file the return with interest. For ESI, calculate interest and damages, log in to the ESI portal, generate a new challan, make the payment, verify and confirm the transaction, and file the return. If interest and damages are not displayed, contact authorities and ensure timely and accurate payment to avoid future issues. Keep records for audit and compliance purposes.
