05 February 2015 Res.sir., My ITR 4 e Filling Ass.Year : 2012 date is 03.09.2013 and Ass.Year : 2013 date is 25.04.2014. e filling is successfully. but my auditor is not send to manual ack.signed copy in IT office-CPC, Bangalur. now i am manual copy send dated is 21.01.2015.My Refund Amount is Rs.34000/-. Today IT office Mail Reply is Subject: Ref:- E-filing of Income Tax returns for AY 2012 As found from the records of the Income Tax Department - Centralized Processing Center (ITD-CPC), Bangalore as of 19th January, 2015 the ITR-V for the above mentioned e-filed return for AY 2012 is not received at CPC. This may be on account of: 1. Non-Receipt of ITR-V for the above mentioned e-filed return at CPC. 2. ITR-V submitted by you for the above mentioned e-filed return has been rejected by CPC. You are therefore requested to submit the Verification form i.e. ITR-V in respect of the E-return for AY 2012 duly verified and signed in original. On submission of the ITR-V, the same will be considered for condonation as per the Rule 4(11), Centralized Processing of Returns Scheme 2011 and return will be taken up for processing. The Verification form ITR-V may please be mailed to the address given below by ORDINARY POST or SPEEDPOST. - My refund is availabe? or Nil ? please Tell me sir. help me sir. Truly., M.Sakthi

05 February 2015 Mrs Sakthisumi Please send the duly signed ITR-V i.e Acknowledgement to the concerned Address. Dont warry if refund is genuine You will get your refund. Plz send the same ASAP. Always cheer!
