Can I booked last month invoice bill in April-2024? Incase if i mentioned lastmonth date and posted in current month then what are the issues are happened?

If you have forgotten to upload March 24 bill. U can upload it in April 24 with March date. No issues.

If the March period is still open, backdate and post the invoice in March
If the March period is closed:
Post in April
Pass a manual journal entry in March as an accrual (to reflect the expense in March)
Reverse that journal in April when the invoice is recorded
If the March period is closed:
Post in April
Pass a manual journal entry in March as an accrual (to reflect the expense in March)
Reverse that journal in April when the invoice is recorded
