when is the last date to register with ICAI as article..I completed IPCC both groups this May and results were out on 31st July 2013.

There is no such time limit for registering for articleship with icai. But if u do it late then your final ca attempt is also delayed as you need to complete 2.5 years of articleship in order to be eligible for final ca exam.
