What was the last date to file the return in case of individual for the assessement year 2007-08. who is the director in a co whose accounts should be audited.

U/s 139(1) last date is july 31st 2007, he can file belated return on or before march 31st , 2009.

A notice received for the assessment year 2007-08 on dated 11-02-2009 undersection 143(2) is with in the time period or not? if writtten was filed within the due time.
