What is the last date for filing ITR of Society who is Registered under "Societies Registration Act-1860".

My CA is saying it can be filed upto 30.09.2012. Is it True ?

31 July 2012 if societie's a.c required to be audited under said act or income tax act then it is 30 sep. otherwise 31 july
