The last date for 2019-20 is 28th Feb 2021

For FY 2019-20, GSTR 9C is applicable if the AATO exceeds Rs. 5 crore.
GSTR 9 is optional for taxpayers with AATO upto Rs. 2 crores.
The due date for both GSTR 9 & GSTR 9C have been extended to 28th February 2021.
