Please let me know the last date to furnish Balance sheet of Company / Firm , and also the last date to submitted audited Balance SHeet.

16 July 2012 The last date of furnishing balance sheet to Income Tax dept. is 30th Sept in case of tax audit is done. For ROC the date is 30 days from the conclusion of AGM.
