please tell me the last date for TDS returns for Quarter ending on 31.3.2008


we have not paid the TDS amount with in time, upto how maney days/months we can pay with interest (i mean when the expenditure is disallowed)

22 April 2008 the last date for filing the tds return is 15 th june 2008.(for the last quarter.)
you have to pay the amount with interest upto payment of tds amount to govt account and the amount wiil be allowed in the year of payment.
