WHAT ARE THE LAST DATE OF INCOME TAX RETUN IN CASE OF REFUND MATTER

06 November 2009 31.03.2010 is the last date for filing I.tax return for AY 2009-10 related to P.Y 2008-09.

Although you can find return after 31.03.2010 also and upto 31.03.2011 it may attract a penalty of Rs. 5000.

06 November 2009 For individual its july 31st and audit its sep 30th, still you have to time file march 31st 10 for individual,but you can file still march 31 2011 without penalty.You have to pay interest if its tax liability if its refund then you file the return within march 31st 2011 without penalty..
