What will be the last date for deposit of TDS deducted in March,2009 for claiming expenses in 2008-09.Assessee is a Pvt Ltd Co.

It is as per chapter XVIIB was 31-May-09 without interest on delayed payment.
For the purpose of sec 40(ia) it will be due date of return filling or date of return file which ever is earlier.
