SIR IF ANY PERSON WHO SUPPLY LABOUR IN MORE THAN TWO STATE
WILL HE NEED SAPARATE GST REGISTRATION IN ALL STATE ?

No, With in state provide services called as a Intra-state supply of service
and service provide out-side state (i.e. supply to another state) called as Inter-state supply of service,
Registered person not required to register in the state where he is provide service. But if assessee have establishment in another state than he is required to registered in that state also where establishment situated.

No need to confusion, Registration required only those place where you are operate your business.If you operate your business from Rajasthan and MP than you should register both place. But if you supply from Rajasthan to other state than no need to registration.
