what is labour license. can I apply in different states
for work in different states .

Dear Sir,
1. This is a state subejct.
2. Every establishment must registered under the Act of Shops & Commercial Establishment Act. Unless it not covered by Factories act.
3. You need to take different registration in statewise. because it is a state law.
