02 April 2013 Is it good to work with KPO firm? job profile is australian based accounts and taxation. What will be future prospects and after working with KPO,where I will get job i mean in industry or other ca firm? If I want to go in international taxation, is it good?
Currently i have 2 years of post qualification experience of internal audit.
Please guide me.

03 April 2013 BPO (more refined term KPO) is a kind of organisaiton where Donkey, money nad horse races in the same track. the large chunk of workforce consist of Donkey and Monkey. Most of the time CAs get supressed by uneducated (mostly B.Com or MBA for namesake)What will you do when your boss is B.Com pass and tells you how to pass jounal entry. he will never rise you as you gonna be threat for him.
am not discouraging but making you aware, Join at respectable level (dont trust HR they will show you rosy picture) Negootiate your pay package sesnsibly. you may get opportunities to travel overseas but this is to lure the candidate. Most of the time the role is stereo type repeated activities. There are BPO even the one whihc claims to be number 1 BPO exploits.
I woudl suggest to aspire for Big 4 and be in the accounting industry. Future is bright in accoutning and assurance.
