YES
Visit mca.gov.in (ROC site) and search for the name of Company then you can reach (on payment of Govt charges) the PL and Balance Sheets e-filed by that Co. And from singed BS you can know the name of Auditor.
You can also view Form 23B if e-filed by the Company.

In case of listed companies the name of auditors is mentioned in the annual report itself.
